In Ancient China, Luban - the carpenter and artisan was revered for his inventions and improvements on a number of carpenters tools including the Mortise-and-Tenon joint - An ancient construction technique found in China thousands of years old, which connects pieces of wood together to form a secure structure that has stood the test of time and is still used today.
Much like Luban, ASI celebrates the spirit of craftsmanship, exploring endless innovations meanwhile striving for detailed perfection. Through their multiple tenon’s fitting and locking into all facets of our communities, which further develops and binds our relationships as a community.
